For being a fast food chain, I say its the best one to go to in Mexico period. the food & service are always great. Its also a little bit pricey but it's also has the best value for your money if you want a good burger.
Well, they didn't have ice and the drink was cold, but it didn't last long... From then on, everything was fine... It's inside the plaza, so it's very likely that you won't find a place to sit very quickly because the food court is always very crowded.
